So this week I want to talk to you about twist tubes.
It comes as no shock to us (especially New Englanders) that we are most liable to get sick when seasons are changing especially when the weather is up and down on a daily basis. If you’re not already taking a multivitamin to help boost your immune system or don’t want to take vitamins (or even if you are) I highly recommend the immunity twist tubes. It’s very similar to vitamin water but better! A shot of vitamins C & B (in liquid form) that comes in a small tube, just add it to your water and mix it in. It acts as an immunity booster, so if you’re already sick, it’s going to help you fight off that cold, and if you’re not sick yet it will help your immune system to prevent that seasonal cold or flu.
I also have access to twist tubes for joint health which is amazing if you have any joint problems. These also usually work with inflamed knees (if you’re an athlete). I broke my ankle about 4 years ago and since I didn’t allow it to heal properly my ankle hurts really badly whenever it is about to rain (not sure why). I drink the twist tube (which has glucosamine in it) and I haven’t had that problem for over a year
Another form of the twist tube is fruits and vegetables. If you don’t eat your fruits and veggie’s regularly you can solve it by having the Fruits and Veggies twist tubes which has 2 servings in each tube. Awesome right?
Finally, the MOST important thing…they taste AMAZING! Honestly. The Immunity twist tube is strawberry kiwi flavor, Joint Health is raspberry flavor and the Fruit and Veggie is mango flavor (if you’re West Indian, I know you’re jumping out of your seats now). Most times I drink them just because they taste so good and not because I’m concerned about my immune system. It’s a win-win situation.
